Animal Collective-Merriweather Post Pavilion

This is Animal Collective's 8th album and with each one the hype builds.
I don't think they have ever lived up to the hype, but I do think that this is their best effort. Many websites and blogs have already proclaimed this the album of the year and we are only in January. The mighty Pitchfork gave this album an 9.3! It may be tough to live up too such acclaim but they are getting there.
